1, Main functional features
High Precision Ultrasonic Calorimeter, Thermal Meter, and Thermal Measuring Instrument

1. The technical characteristics of the product comply with the requirements of the heat meter standard GB/T32224 and the national thermal energy meter calibration regulation JJG225;
2. Using ultrasonic flow sensors, it can prevent blockage and interference from metal impurities, with low resistance to pipeline systems and high measurement accuracy, and can be used for heating/cooling metering;
3. Adopting a dedicated control chip for ultra-low power heat meters and a GP22 time control chip for more accurate measurement;
4. Using high-performance environmentally friendly lithium-ion batteries and ultra-low power design (static working current<8uA), with a working life of over 9 years;
5. Non volatile memory stores data, which will not be lost even in the event of a power outage. When the power is restored, the metering function can be automatically restored, and historical data from the past 24 months can be stored;
6. M-bus, RS485 communication interface or NB-IOT can be selected as needed to achieve remote data transmission and centralized control; The MBUS communication cable is a two core cable that does not differentiate between positive and negative; RS485 communication cable with four core wires, red, black, yellow, and green, respectively representing electric+, power -, 485A, and 485B. The baud rate is 9600 without verification, with data bit 8 and stop bit 1. The external power supply is 12-24V DC; NBIOT communication options include mobile and telecommunications, with a tariff of 6-10 years.

The LCD display screen can cyclically display various parameters such as cumulative heat, cumulative cooling capacity (optional), cumulative flow rate, flow rate, power, calibration heat, calibration flow rate, inlet temperature, return temperature, inlet and outlet temperature difference, date, cumulative working time, etc., which are clear and intuitive;
8. Adopting integrated and split structure design, the structure is compact and space saving; Can be installed horizontally or vertically, suitable for harsh working environments such as narrow pipeline wells; The integrator can also be placed horizontally or vertically according to installation needs for easy viewing.

2, Data operation display
The system has four display menus: P1 main menu (usage mode), P2 calculator calibration and internal parameters, P3 historical data, and P4 heat flow calibration mode.
1. P1 display content: Main menu (usage mode). Cycle display of accumulated heat (kW · h/MW · h), accumulated cooling capacity (optional) (kW · h/MW · h), power (kW/MW), inlet temperature sensor 1 (red label) temperature (ºC), outlet temperature sensor 2 (blue label) temperature (ºC), temperature difference (K), accumulated flow rate (m3), instantaneous flow rate (m3/h), accumulated working time, system voltage (v), version number, (parameters). Press and hold any button on the P1 menu for 6 seconds to enter P2.
2. P2 display content: Calculator calibration and internal parameters. Loop display of current date (year, month, day), current time (hour, minute, second), meter number, simulated heat (kW · h), parameters (without unit), parameters (without unit), parameters (without unit)... Press and hold any button on the P2 menu for 6 seconds to enter P3
3. P3 display content: Historical data. Display the cumulative heat (cooling) flow data stored by month for the past 24 months in a cyclic manner, sequentially displaying the storage month, cumulative heat, (cumulative cooling is optional), and cumulative flow. Press and hold any button on the P3 menu for 6 seconds to enter P4. For the NBIOT heat meter, enter the P3 menu and touch the button 4 times to trigger the NB module to actively upload data.
4. P4 display content: Heat flow verification mode. Cycle display verification of heat or cooling capacity (W · h), verification flow rate (L), instantaneous flow rate (m3/h), inlet temperature (ºC), outlet temperature (ºC), temperature difference (K). Press and hold any button on the P4 menu for 6 seconds to return to P1.
5. When there are no buttons for more than 20 minutes, turn off the LCD display.

1. Installation of thermal energy meter
1) Installation of flow meter
1, Before installation, the system pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned, and any debris such as hemp fibers, sand, and stones in the branch pipes should be cleaned to prevent flow meter failure.
2, Flow measurement can be installed horizontally or vertically, with the display window located above or in front of the meter body for easy reading; The direction of water flow is consistent with the direction of the arrow on the flowmeter.
3,The diameter of the pipeline before and after the meter should match the diameter of the flow meter. A straight pipe section of 10DN should be left in front of the meter and 5DN should be left behind the meter.
4 The front end of the flowmeter should be equipped with a dirt filter and a locking valve for cleaning dirt and maintenance.
2) Installation of temperature sensor
1,The temperature sensor with a red label must be installed on the thermal energy meter, and the meter body must be installed on the inlet pipe.
2,The temperature sensor with a blue label must be installed on a dedicated ball valve or temperature measuring tee, on the return water pipeline, and cannot be on the same pipeline as the body. The sealing ring of the sensor must not be forgotten;
3,The temperature sensor leads must not be arbitrarily added, removed, or changed.
3) Installation precautions:
1,After installation, a pressure test should be conducted promptly.
2,All components of the ultrasonic thermal energy meter (including flow meter, temperature sensor, calculator components) should be installed in a location that avoids exposure to sunlight, water, freezing, chemical and electromagnetic pollution, and considers easy disassembly and data reading.
2. Daily maintenance and troubleshooting
1.After installation and use, the thermal energy meter should be regularly inspected for normal operation.
2.When the flow rate significantly decreases and affects heating, the filter should be drained and cleaned.
3.When the battery level is too low and the alarm symbol "" is displayed on the screen, specialized technicians should replace the battery to avoid affecting the normal operation of the heat meter.
4.When the temperature (ºC) of the first temperature sensor and the temperature (ºC) interface of the second temperature sensor display "F XXXXXXXXX", it is a temperature sensor fault. Check whether the temperature sensor is significantly damaged or return it to the factory for processing.
5.Check for obvious damage to the heat meter when it is not displaying, or return it to the factory for processing.
6.Display d0000408 on the calculator calibration and internal parameter submenu interface indicates that the calculator has detected no empty pipe in the flow meter, display d000021 indicates that the flow meter is full of water, and display d000014 indicates that the calculator is measuring temperature.
7.If the usage environment of the thermal energy meter does not meet the requirements, such as water immersion, high humidity, low temperature, etc., causing damage to the thermal energy meter, the responsibility shall be borne by oneself.

The thermal energy meter comes with a two-year free warranty and lifetime maintenance, but the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
