1, OverviewUltrasonic Flowmeter
The UL-1000 ultrasonic flowmeter uses the difference in propagation speed of ultrasonic pulses in the forward and reverse directions of the fluid to determine the flow rate of the liquid. This flowmeter adopts the installation technology of multiple acoustic sensors and uses the flow velocity weighted integration method to calculate the flow rate, solving technical problems such as flow distribution, signal processing, and on-site positioning and installation of sensors with water and pressure. It achieves stable and accurate measurement of large flow rates. With superior technical performance, the multiple acoustic ultrasonic flowmeter has become an ideal choice for large-scale flow measurement and monitoring projects.
The instrument is divided into two parts: the probe and the host. Insert the probe into the tube during use and connect it to the host through a dedicated cable. Use the keyboard on the host to input the parameters of the tested pipeline and medium into the host, and the instrument will start working. The UL-1000 ultrasonic flowmeter adopts the principle of "time difference". Intelligent analysis and time difference measurement of signals using digital filtering and digital correlation technology, with automatic compensation for Reynolds number and temperature. In the circuit design, 32-bit high-speed digital signal processors, large-scale integrated circuits, and low-voltage multi pulse transmission technology are adopted, fully considering the complex situation of industrial sites. This ensures the long-term reliable and high-precision measurement of the instrument.
The UL-1000 ultrasonic calorimeter uses the temperature difference between the supply and return water provided by the ultrasonic flowmeter and temperature sensor to measure the heat released and absorbed by the fluid flowing through the heat exchanger. It consists of an ultrasonic flowmeter and a pair of supply and return water temperature sensors. At present, it is widely used in power plants, heating, refrigeration and other industries for measuring heat (cooling) capacity.
2, Precautions for use
Place the instrument in a stable location
The location for installing instruments during use should avoid vibration and not be placed in unstable places.
Avoid exposure to sunlight and water
Instruments should be placed in a ventilated and dry place as much as possible, avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight and water.
The installation location has a good environment
There should be no large amount of dust and corrosive gases in the instrument placement area.
The power supply for instruments should be stable
The power supply used for the instrument should meet the requirements of the technical characteristics of the instrument. Try to avoid using the same power supply as equipment that pollutes the power supply, such as frequency converters and welding machines.
The installation location of the probe and the measured medium meet the requirements
Many instrument abnormalities are caused by improper selection of measurement positions and improper installation of probes.
